DPRA Quality Assurance Objectives: DPRA is committed to delivering superior Quality Assurance and Configuration Management services to all Seaport-e customers. The Quality Assurance (QA) group documents process and informs all stakeholders of the state of each task order.

The QA group provides feedback for the leadership to assess the effort and risks in moving through each phase as the project evolves in the most efficient manner. The QA group ensures a high degree of quality and accountability for each step. In addition, the DPRA Configuration Management Plan describes the methodologies for assuring that task orders have adequate controls over all items necessary in creating and supporting customer deliverables. DPRA actively conducts Configuration Management (CM) using a combination of commercial and internally developed software products.
